4. Refunds and Substitutions
   Cancellations received prior to February 29th 2010 will be subject to a $25 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued after this date.

5. Conference Fees
      BC Rural Network members $100 + GST = $105
      General Registration $150 + GST = $157.50

6. Travel Bursary
   A limited number of travel bursaries are available on a first come first served basis to rural residents and representatives of rural organizations who would otherwise not be able to attend. YOU MUST BE PRE-APPROVED TO RECEIVE A TRAVEL BURSARY.
